Adult Fitness includes small-group and individual training under the supervision of degreed & certified coaches. SPEED Adult Fitness programs offer scientifically designed programs at the right intensity for you to achieve your goals in a safe, fun environment.
Training Philosophy: Our Philosophy is to create fun, intense, science-based training programs that are superior to anything offered at a gym or a boot camp as a better alternative for adults to achieve their goals.
WHAT: cardiovascular fitness (we call it "Energy System Development" or ESD), strength, flexibility and nutrition for beginners and advanced.
WHY: priority & importance of warmups, lifting techniques, aerobic & anaerobic fitness, stretching techniques as related to goal achievement.
